Ectopic pregnancy in the uterine scar from a previous cesarean section is an entity that has become more common than expected, which is why it is important to know about this pathology in order to provide timely and indicated treatment, currently the cause has not been identified. main cause, but many risk factors that can predispose women to this condition have been established, for which the objective of this research is to carry out a review of the diagnostic tools and treatment options since with a timely ultrasound diagnosis we provide patients with less invasive treatment and with better results in terms of fertility, a bibliographic review of the main medical search engines was carried out, obtaining a total of 1490 articles made in humans, of which 226 were discarded due to duplication and lack of information about the study carried out , through the information obtained it was possible to show that the increase The number of cases is proportionally related to the increase in caesarean sections, that the use of minimally invasive methods with the use of potassium chloride have helped to preserve fertility
