Paciente cursando embarazo de 30.4 semanas con dolor en hipocondrio derecho que se irradia a hombro ipsilateral lipotimia, se evidencian cifras tensionales elevadas, ecografía hepática reporta imagen heterogénea en lóbulo hepático derecho compatible con hematoma.
