Resumen

El estudio LatAm Fingers forma parte de la iniciativa mundial World Wide FINGERS, cuyo objetivo es el de prevenir el deterioro cognitivo y la demencia, mediante una intervención multidominio que incluye cambios en el estilo de vida: nutrición, ejercicio físico, estimulación cognitiva, control de los factores de riesgo cardiovasculares y socia-bilización.
